Description (partial)

With the Cisco ASR9000 used for BNG, the subscriber sessions may get stuck in "Connected" state.

This was observed with the Cisco IOS-XR 5.2.2, when:

- the initiator "unclassified-source address-unique" is used
- the subscriber(s) generate more than 20pps during FSOL.
