Description (partial)

Symptom:
Phone A 78xx (used in deskphone video mode with jabber) ---->> Calls --->>> Phone B 78xx / 9971 (used in deskphone video mode with jabber).
When Users call from 78xx ip phone to another ip phone and both are connected by a PC running jabber windows for deskphone video (CAST), then when the call is answered, audio breaks after 2 sec and starts again in the same call.
User Observation : As soon as the call connects, audio (RTP) Connects for about 2 sec, followed by ~ 2 sec no audio and then audio connection again.

Conditions:
jabber windows being used in deskphone video (cast) with 78xx phone.
