Description (partial)

With EAP chaining configured anyconnect tries to authenticate with ISE using only machine certificate and fails, since user is not logged in and cannot provide user credentials. Due to this there is excessive number of failed authentications on ISE.

1. Anyconnect installed on endpoint.
2. ISE as AAA server.
3. Configured EAP chaining.
4. User is logged off on the endpoint.
