Description (partial)

Unable to bring up 3G PMIPv6 call, as there is a sessmgr crash while trying to establish the call.

Symptom:
When trying to establish a PMIPv6 call between PDSN/MAG and LMA(Standalone), sessmgr crashes.
Fatal Signal 11: Segmentation fault
  PC: [0650d97d/X] sessmgr_mn_aaa_authenticate()

Conditions:
Issue is seen only for 3G PDSN/MAG-LMA calls and not with 4G HSGW/MAG-LMA/PGW calls.
After the crash, the call does not get established.
