Description (partial)

Symptom:
This bug is filed to track an enhancement request to alter qos counter behavior for port channel member interfaces.

When an interface with a QoS service policy is added to a port-channel, the counters seen in 'show policy-map interface <int>' will no longer increment. This limitation is described here:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst4500/XE3-6-0E/15-22E/configuration/guide/xe-360-config/qos_mrg.html#pgfId-1660771
Specifically in this line:
"When a policy-map is attached to a port-channel member ports, classification statistics are not displayed."

Conditions:
4500 Supervisor7 or Supervisor8 with queueing policy map configured on a portchannel member interface.
