Description (partial)

The DFA enabled switch would process the VDP request with non-zero C-VLAN value.
The switch may accept or reject the request based on whether such received value is the same as the switch assigned value.
The switch would keep rejecting the requests for unmatched C-VLAN values.

- N6k/N7k with DFA enabled
- Customer supports VDP auto-configuration
- The customer VDP switch (Cisco N1000v, Openstack, etc) falsely sends VDP request with non-zero C-VLAN value.
