Description (partial)
Symptom: Unable to adjust the Ring volume of paired (Cisco Intelligent Proximity) mobile phone (I phone) on 8861 phone. Conditions: ++ Paired the IPhone with 8861 using the Bluetooth. ++ Now, Receive and make cell phone calls can be made via the 8861 phone. ++ Move audio back to the cellphone is also working. ++ But, while the cell phone is ringing, paired line on 8861 is also ringing, but volume cannot be adjusted. However, if we press silent button ring is muted on the 8861. ++ Actual IP phone line's ring volume can be adjusted. ++ This is working with an android phone is paired instead of I phone. ++ Difference what I see in android and I phone is that in Android ringtone of 8861 is same as ringtone that is set to the 8861. But in I phone ringtone is what we set on I phone. ++ Although the same ringtone (in aband) is played from I phone, setting the ring volume on I phone does not make any difference in the actual ring volume that is played on the 8861. ++ Sometime , we get muted ring on 8861 when there is a ring on paired I phone, but it is a muted ring. This is happening irrespective of the volume what we set in the I phone. This behavior would be changed back to the inband ring tone after a reset of the phone.
