Description (partial)

Symptom:
phone will not log 2 separate calls for the call transfer scenario.

Conditions:
the current behavior on the phone is that the phone will not log 2 separate calls for the call transfer scenario. For example:
1)      Call_1 calls Call_2, Call_2 answers the call.
2)      Call_2 call SPA phone, SPA phone answers the call, the call is connected between SPA and Call_2.
3)      Call_2 transfers the 2 calls, which means SPA phone will be connected with Call_1.
4)      Terminate the call between SPA and Call_1.
Current behavior: Only 1 call log is saved in "Incoming Call" history.
                               And customer's issue is that for this 1 call, call ID is Call_2's call ID, but call name is Call_1's name
