Description (partial)

The behavior on 7900 phones:

Phone Models:  7941/7942/7961/7962
Exiting out of Visual Voicemail, but leaving it as the default

In order to exit out of Visual Voicemail but leave it as the default, depress the Exit softkey.
An envelope will appear in the top left hand corner of the phone screen identifying that the phone is currently in Visual Voice Mail mode Next time you press the Messages button, you will be taken directly into the Visual Voicemail logon screen. 

Phone Models: 8961/9951
Using the Messages Button to Exit out of the Visual Voicemail will not log you out of the Application (Not recommended) If the Messages Button is depressed to exit out of the system, the user is still logged into visual voicemail You will be taken back to the Messages Options Screen Depressing the Visual Voicemail Option will take you back into reviewimg your messages (you will not be prompted to logon again as the system remembers you have already logged on)

Note: A user MUST use the Exit softkey when in reviewing their messages to log out of the Visual Voicemail Application and take you back to the Messages Options Screen To completely exit back to the main telephone screen, a user will need to depress the Exit Key again

We need understand why the 7900 and 8961/9951 phones behave differently. Customer needs clear and concise documentation on Visual Voicemail is suppose to behave on the  7900 and 8961/9951 phones.
