Symptom:
Assigning the reporting role to Supervisors gives supervisors global views into objects beyond their own Teams. i.e., they can see agents from all teams and they can see all CSQs assigned to all teams.

CUIC Restricted Viewing by Team
Hello, I have a problem with the viewing restrictions of a supervisor. I have 2 teams, and 2 supervisors. I want supervisor A to view the agents and reports from Team A only which he is a member of. Supervisor A should not be able to view the other team's reports as well as see the agent names of the other team in the Reports Tab. Thanks! Hope someone can help!
