Segmentation Fault (core dumped) error with prov-exp. Also prov-exp is not exporting the config.

3850 Boot Failure
Good Afternoon,   I have a 3850 that recently failed to boot after a building power cut. I tried to load the IOS from ROMMON but it continued to fail. I resolved the issue by booting an image from TFTP, then once the switch was back up I loaded a new image. To confirm the issue was resolved I carried out a further reload and it failed again.
