Symptom: TMSPE Smart Scheduler and Language Option Not Kept - Enhancement Request Conditions: He/She can change the language to Japanese through account setting, but TelePresence User Portel(TMSPE portal) page does not keep the language as TMSPE System. When he/she login to TMS webUI through *other browser* as the user-A and opened TelePresence User Portel(TMSPE portal) page, it shows the UI in English. If he/she opens TelePresence User Portel page through the same browser on the same PC which he/she set language to Japanese, he/she can see the UI in Japanese. It seems Language setting is kept per browser. Therefore, users needs to set language at first time whenever they login to TMS and open TMSPE portal at difference location.
