Description (partial)

Symptom:
User account get locked on AD after one login attempt on CWMS 2.5 end user page.

Conditions:
Cisco CWMS 2.5 with CUCM 9.1, Once end user types in wrong password user account get locked in AD. caused by CWMS sends out LDAP request to all subscribers and they inturn will forwards this to LDAP  Server resulting in multiple login attempts
