Description (partial)

Symptom:
1)      WORKS: Operator answers the call, right click and select 'hold' and then right click and press 'Transfer'. Then search for the user in directory and click 'Transfer'.  The call gets transferred

2)      DOES NOT WORK: Operator answers the call, right click and select 'hold' and then right click and press 'Transfer to Voicemail'. Then search for the user in directory and click 'Transfer'.  Error pops up on the console screen:

Call control action not successful
There was an error in performing call control action.

Conditions:
CUAC Standard 10.5
Transferring to voicemail after call is already on hold
