Description (partial)

Crash occurs when de-configure all "export ipv4 unicast map <route-map-name>" and then re-configure the same.

1) Have VRF LISP routes on your box.
2) Redistribute these VRF LISP routes in BGP VRF.
3) Export these routes from VRF to global table using the export cli for example
"export ipv4 unicast map <route-map-name>".
4) config replace or manually remove the above configuration.
5) Reconfigure using the same steps (1)-(3)
6) Crash will occur on configuring the export map above.

Note: Same is also applicable to BGP instead of LISP.
