Counts Mismatch in Most Impacted Endpoints by CDR for Impaired calls.

This defect for legacy issue has been raised after discussion with dev team.

ISSUE : CPC UI is not showing proper count for impaired calls when we click on hyper link for impaired calls in Most Impacted Endpoints by CDR.

Steps :
1. Make some poor calls so that cdr records get generated for these poor calls and data should get reflected in UI for same.
2. Now navigate to Reports --> Interactive reports --> CDR, and make sure CDR records are present in the UI for the calls we made in step 1.
3. Now restart the server and wait till the time all services come up.
4. Once UI and all services are UP, make some poor calls again and verify that CDR records are present for these calls also, apart from the calls which we made in step 1.
5.Next day check for impaired calls by navigating to Reports --> Interactive reports --> Most Impacted Endpoints By CDR, click on the hper link provided for Impaired calls, and verify that cdr records present in UI after clicking the hyper link is showing the same count as the no of count present for impaired calls. And verify count should match at both places and should be fine.

And verify for both ENT and MSP setup.
