Description (partial)

Symptom:
If you create an Username with either a 'name' or 'password' containing a special character ( like any  accented character, as /e/ carrying an acute accent,  which are pretty common on French language ), the ASDM is going to accept it but the ASA is not going to store it correctly, and then it cannot be used to log in to the ASA.
