Description (partial)

Symptom:
After attempting to quit ASDM once, and subsequently answering 'No' to the prompt (cancels the quit action), a user can no longer use the Menu -> 'Quit ASDM' option or the Mac OS X hotkey combination of Command-Q to quit the application.

Conditions:
This is seen on Mac OS X if there was an initial attempt to quit ASDM that was cancelled by answering 'No' at the prompt.
