Description (partial)

Symptom:
In Service Manager, using 'List Only' view, if you 'Refresh' and then click 'List Only' view again, the view will not revert to the List only View.  Rather, it retains List and Preview views with the Preview being an empty shell.

Conditions:
This problem occurs in Firefox and Chrome but not Internet Explorer.
