Symptom:
Abrupt increase in number of JVM threads in VXML Server
The hprof memory dump shows out of memory caused by logging function calls
Callers experience silence during IVR interactions

Conditions:
High rate of logging in applications.  Can be checked by reviewing number of lines of activity log written per call.
Logging by custom elements can significantly increase the logging load if not done judiciously
