Description (partial)

Symptom:
'%CLNS-4-LSPCKSUM: ISIS (Overlayxx): Bad L1 LSP' message observed on the peer OTV edge-device when a RP switchover is done post net-id change on a dual RP OTV router

Conditions:
With a dual RP router forming OTV adjacency with another router, when we change the NET-ID of ISIS related to OTV and then perform an RP switchover on that router, the peer starts getting messages '%CLNS-4-LSPCKSUM: ISIS (Overlay11): Bad L1 LSP' till such a time frame when the router cleans up its ISIS database and re-establishes it. In all about 17 minutes of traffic downtime observed.
