Symptom: CVP Zombie Call mechanism failed to clean up the confirmed Zombie Calls, which lead to excessive call server Tomcat Heap Memory being used to maintain these HUNG call legs in SIP Stack. Even after all the visible calls has been cleared/drained from the CVP callserver.. Conditions: When the SIP end points responded Zombie Call INFO request UPDATE from CVP, and responded other than 200OK.
