Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unable to search for calls within MediaSense Search and Play where one of the participant numbers begins with the + character. When you pull down the search box and type in participant with + prefix and click search it runs but when you look in the box the participant field is missing. If you search without the + you get no results, if you manually type the + into the search string box then you get "The participant ID could not be found. Please enter a recognized participant ID."
