Scheduled backup of UCSM to UCS Central fails after UCSM upgrade

We can notice permission denied error in UCS Central techsupport bundle ( log/core/error_log file )

Receiving file: /bootflash/cfg/UCSM-IP/cfg-backups/2282162 targetdir /bootflash/cfg/UCSM-IP/cfg-backups targetfile all-cfg maxindex 6 /bin/cp: cannot open `/bootflash/cfg/UCSM-IP/cfg-backups/' for reading: Permission denied

Observed after upgrading UCSM from 2.2.1 to 2.2.3 version 
UCSM is enabled with backup policy in the older version.
