Description (partial)

Symptom:
There is currently no stock report  on UCCX CUIC that can show you the entries of the dialing list table which have the call disposition codes for Invalid, Do Not Call, Fax, Answering machine, etc. on CUIC.

The only available report is " Preview Outbound Campaign Summary Report" which shows "Number of calls having different Call Results". This is not useful to the administrator for an adaptable campaign - it only shows if the campaign was good or bad with Call result numbers.

More useful information would be which specific numbers hit these Call Results.

Upto version UCCX 10.X and running Agent Direct Preview Outbound
