Description (partial)

Destination on port-channel sub-interface is not supported due to timing constraint. This will be added to a later release.

Symptom:
ERSPAN session goes to error state if the configured erspan destination ip is a port-channel sub-interface.

Conditions:
This ERSPAN error happens when the output interface (destination ip) is a port-channel sub-interface.
