Symptom:
UCS C240 M3 running fw 2.0(3f) in stand alone trying to upgrade to ESXi5.5 U2 from base ESXi5.5 gets failure:

CONFLICTING_VIBS ERROR: Vibs on the host are conflicting with vibs in metadata. Remove the conflicting vibs or use Image Builder to create a custom ISO providing newer versions of the conflicting vibs.

I am using the Cisco custom ISO image from VMware.com at https://my.vmware.com/web/vmware/details?downloadGroup=OEM-ESXI55U1-CISCO&productI

Conditions:
UCS C240 M3 running fw 2.0(3f) in stand alone trying to upgrade to ESXi5.5 U2 from base ESXi5.5 version.
