Description (partial)

Symptom:
"transceiver permit pid all" configuration is accepted on 9000v ports but will fail when committed

Conditions:
Attempt to implement "transceiver permit pid all" configuration on a 9000v satellite port

RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:(config)#int g100/0/0/0

RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:(config-if)#transceiver permit pid all

RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:(config-if)#commit
