Description (partial)

Symptom:
Disable flowspec on bundle interface does not disable flowspec on individual bundle members

Conditions:
Occurs when a bundle has a mix of 140G and 40G Line Card members
Does not occur when a bundle is made up of all 140G Line Card members.
Is not applicable when a bundle is made up of all 40G Line Card members
