Description (partial)

Symptoms:

The TMS ETL job fails, and no new data is added to the Bridge Utilisation report.

Example log entry:


29/10/2014 04:05:23    Data warehouse ETL failed: Cannot insert the value NULL
into column 'CallCapacity', table 'tmsng.dbo.dwh_fact_BridgeUtilization';
column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
29/10/2014 04:05:23    The event failed to complete. Details: Data warehouse
ETL failed: Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'CallCapacity', table
'tmsng.dbo.dwh_fact_BridgeUtilization'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT
fails.

Conditions:

The issue is happens if you already have Bridge Utilisation data from your direct managed bridges, and then re-deploy the bridges so that they are no longer direct managed. This could either happen if you move them behind a Conductor, or if you change a TelePresence Server from locally managed to remotely managed mode.

Note that the issue is mostly cosmetic, as the Bridge Utilisation report would show 0 anyway when you no longer have direct managed bridges.
