Description (partial)

Symptom:
The user is not able to do directory search using ASCII values when user names in Unicode . For Example, user not able to search Japanese user names from Corporate Directory using ASCII value

Conditions:
Could occur only when username contains "..."

Steps : 

-> Create End User as ,
-> First name: masa...真秀, Last name: saito...斉藤, 
-> Extension: 2510
-> Press Directory button on IP Phone
-> Select Corporate Directory
-> Enter Last Name as : saito
-> Click Search
-> Verify the results

Actual Behavior :

User name is displaying as saito...斉藤 masa...真秀. This occurs only 10.x releases.

Expected Behavior:

User name should be display as 斉藤 真秀. This works well in 9.x release
