Cisco Bug: CSCus01744 - after migration to 10.5 phone background and ringtones fail

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Phones cannot pull custom background images from CUCM TFTP server.   Also, will have issue with using custom ringtones because phone will be unable to pull Ringlist.xml file from TFTP server.
Apart from Ring list, issue can be seen with any other files present in TFTP folder before migration and after migration phone fails to download  .

Conditions:
1) Use PCD to migrate CUCM  7.1.5 to 10.5
2) Migration fails for some reason.  IE install on destination node 10.5 fails
3) Start migration task again to migrate cluster from 7.1.5 to 10.5.1
4) Migration completes without issue

Now issue will be present.

Issue Ringtones CUCM 10.5
Hi all I performed an upgrade cucm 8.5 to cucm 10.5, today cucm 10.5 is working fine, but in the ip phone only appearing the ringtones "chirp1 and chirp2", not appear the ringtones list in the IP Phone as before the upgrade. Somebody could help me? IP. 7962, 7965   Best Regards
