Symptom: When reflecting the reserved chunk, the length used is wrong (off by 4). Conditions: Association is established between SGs peer and MME. Arrange the data at the tester such that a datagram with reserved chunk type is sent to MME, bundled with DATA chunk and higher two bits are set to 11.
