Symptom:
Kernel crash at the MME

Conditions:
-MME S6a diameter is configured to use SCTP multihoming
-MME sends INIT with "Supported Extensions parameter (Supported types: ASCONF, ASCONF_ACK, AUTH)" on S6a
-SCTP server replies with INIT_ACK containing "Set Primary? parameter indicating to the source address of the INIT-ACK
==> we see a kernel crash at the MME
