Traceback while unauthorized LESS user tried to invoke lessConfigUtility

Symptom:
When an unauthorized L-ESS user tries to invoke  ./lessConfigUtility.sh utility, operation fails. However, after showing a permission denied error, throws a Python Traceback.

Conditions:
This issue seen when trying to invoke L-ESS using ./lessConfigUtility.sh script with a non-L-ESS user privilege.
