Description (partial)
Symptom: Peer-end nw loopback will be removed after controller shut/no-shut or SPA reload. Conditions: Apply remote loopback at T1 controller and shut/no shut the controller or reload the SPA at either side (UUT or peer). After no-shut or spa reload, the peer-end will be removed from network loopback.
