Symptom: When the agent answers the call - Browser Pop workflow fails to trigger Conditions: Steps to reproduce: 1) Using Finesse Admin, edit Workflow section and set it as below - When to perform action ---> When a call is answered - How to apply Condition ---> If all conditions are met - User.<Custom Variable> ---> Is not empty 2) Using Finesse Admin, edit Call Variables Layout for Call Body Left-Hand Colum Layout - Callvariable 1 --> <User.<custom Variable> 3) Finesse agent receives a call After step 3, Browser Pop workflow fails to trigger.
