Symptom: Cisco RFGW10 with converged architecture(DEPI + VOD + SDV), Video QAM DB has stale 'Reserved bandwidth' value and hence Session Resource Manger ( like VSRM ) fails to create a new session on the particular QAM at some point. Sample controller output after default the QAM configuration. ORLD06-AQR1#sho controllers qam-red 8/7.27 downstream Load for five secs: 32%/3%; one minute: 53%; five minutes: 41% Time source is NTP, 21:14:48.771 Eastern Wed Nov 26 2014 Qam-red 8/7.27 Downstream is down RF Profile is not assigned LQAM Group is not assigned Annex B, Power: 35.0 dBmV Frequency: 0 Hz , lane: -1, block: -1 Modulation: 256QAM, TSID: 0, QAM IDB_State: UP Bandwidth Reserved for Video: 3750000 bps Bandwidth Used: 0 bps Bandwidth Total: 38810700 bps Transport Mode: QAM_MODE_OFF Qam Owner: NONE Qam License: Exists Interleave Level: 2, FEC I: 32 FEC J: 4 SNMP LINK TRAP: Disabled Conditions: Exact trigger for this problem is still unknown .
