Symptom:
Blank login screen or login failures when attempting to use Prime License Manager for both co-resident and Standalone deployments.

Conditions:
Attempting to login to Prime License Manager GUI

Prime License Manager: Test Connection Failed with "Unknown Error"
CUCM version 11. Added product instance to Prime License Manager, but "Test Connection" fails with "Unknown Error". This used to work until 1/8/2016. Installed licenses valid for another 3 months. Have tried: license client reset registration Also tried: license management reset user password Also regenerated ipsec license based on some advice found in Support Community.
