Description (partial)

Jabber will list the same user multiple times within the search response field.

This happens if the PersonRecord does not have a JID populated.  For example, when trying to use employeeNumber as userID, but some users do not have that field filled in, the users with the missing employeeNumber will flood Jabber search results page.
