Description (partial)

Symptom:Slow  Memory leak on emWeb process 
Conditions:Logs indicate a leak in AP module, which can happen when running commands like "config ap syslog" periodically for all APs.
The leak is small, and it is only significant when a very large number of APs are present, and a lot of AP config commands are executed very frequently
