Description (partial)

After performing a contact rename using either the Bulk Administration Tool (BAT) or Roster Management AXL API, a CUCM IM & Presence user is unable to see presence for the renamed contact.

The CUCM IM & Presence user, who has the renamed contact in their contact list, has a CUCM userid which contains one of the nine characters found in XEP-106:

The characters are:

U+0027 (')
U+002F (/)
U+003A (:)
U+003C (<)
U+003E (>)
U+0040 (@)
