Description (partial)

Symptom:
Licensing SNMP trap "clmNoLicenseForFeatureNotify" (OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.369.3.0.2) is being sent on activation of unlicensed feature even when licensing SNMP traps are disabled in CLI ("no snmp-server enable traps license").

Conditions:
Using an unlicensed feature on Cisco Nexus device during the license's grace period
