Description (partial)

Symptom:
While running the DBUpgrade utility (EIM-WIM 4.4 to EIM-WIM 9.0.1), it fails with error as Database precheck failed for Active DB
As per logs "EGICM_ROLLBACK_ACTIVITY" table is missing in Active DB.

Conditions:
1. Install the EIM-WIM 4.4 setup Integrated with UCCE 
2. Run the DBUpgrade utility (EIM-WIM 4.4 to EIM-WIM 9.0.1)
