Cisco Bug: CSCur88123 - Invalid PSK for layer 2 security after controller reboot
Jun 19, 2017
- Cisco 5500 Series Wireless Controllers
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: After the controller is rebooted the PSK is no longer valid and clients cannot connect. Conditions: If the PSK under layer 2 security for a WLAN is changed form a HEX value to a clear text password in the backup config, and then that config is downloaded to a controller and becomes the running config, the PSK for all WLANs may become invalid.
