Description (partial)

Symptom:
High speed HTTP file transfers going through the CX module may fail within the first 5-10 seconds of the download when the transfer exceeds a rate of 15MB/sec (120Mb/sec).

Conditions:
1.  Must be pushing a single, high speed HTTP file transfer through the CX module that exceeds 15MB/sec
2.  Observed on an ASA5515-X platform but may affect other platforms as well (especially the 5512).
