Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unable to run the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) Editor version 10.5(1) (CiscoUnifiedCCXEditor.exe).

When launched, the UCCX editor window just appears for less than a second and disappears. The application tries to launch but it just disappears.

Conditions:
UCCX 10.X
Recently installed RTMT application, thus default installer path is set to :

C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco\Unified Serviceability\JRtmt\wfavvid_1051
