Symptom: The Cisco IM & Presence server is blocking all traffic sent to port 8443 resulting in the following observable effects: - The Cisco IM & Presence, Presence Topology page cannot get service status for some nodes in the cluster. Service status for other Cisco IM & Presence nodes is reported as "Unknown" - Certificate Exception seen in the Cisco IM & Presence serviceability when performing cross node serviceability operations e.g. Viewing service status, service start/stop etc In both of the above cases, the respective service logs indicate a socket connection refused error message. Conditions: Standard configuration.
