Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

Connection SRSV Complete Reference Guide: Documentation states that System Transfers Non-User Extensions can be accomplished.

This Chapter Links to the Connection Administration Guide.

Connection Administration Guide refers to a setting unavailable in Connection SRSV

User -> Edit -> Greetings -> "Allow Transfers to Numbers Not Associated with Users or Call Handlers"

The above setting is only part of Unity Connection and not Unity Connection SRSV.

Connection SRSV 10.X

Call Management Chapter makes reference to being able to transfer to Non-User Extensions. This is not allowed.

This paragraph should be changed: (listed 7 times)

"User System Transfer—A conversation that allows users to transfer to a number that they specify. Users are prompted to sign in and then can enter numbers that are not associated with Unity Connection SRSV users—such as lobby phones or phone numbers outside the organization. Unity Connection SRSV performs the transfer only when the user restriction table permits it."

In the "Offering System Transfers" section of the Call Handler Management Chapter:

This paragraph should be modified as the ability to transfer calls to Non-Users is not possible through the Call Handler After-Greeting Action:

"You can configure individual call handler greetings to allow callers to transfer to numbers that are not associated with Unity Connection SRSV users or call handlers while the greeting is playing."
