Description (partial)

Symptom:
VXML GW fails to handoff the call to the VXML Application on an incoming call. VXML GW will not send the call to the VRU Node and provide only silence to the caller.

Conditions:
Contact Center Environment with VXML GW and CVP
It happens in scenarios of high call volumes where the VXML GW has reached the maximum number of concurrent media plays and the VRU leg connects in less than a second.
